Misaki Kitchen

Part of my goals this 2017 is to post different business and establishment to promote my province: Rizal.

One of the dining places I love going back is this Japanese Restaurant called Misaki Kitchen located in upper Antipolo, Rizal.

The place started last July 2016, and the humble cozy place can accommodate 12pax, the place accepts reservations and Take Out. Expect crowd to arrive at 7PM.

Enjoy your Japanese cravings like Ramen, Katsu and Rolls partnered with this chili oil and powder.

Misaki Iced Tea ₱60 ★★★★★

It may look like a normal powdered ice tea but tastes like the real tea with honey.

Misaki Ramen ₱230 ★★★★★

The ramen's broth tastes like tonkotsu and really flavorful like its pork cutlets. Its egg is the simmered egg, where the yolk almost custard-like texture and enriches the broth.

Noodles are not over-cook! I think it's one of the hardest part to prepare in Ramen next to broth since noodles must have that ramen texture even with a hot broth.

Chicken Katsu ₱120 ★★★★★

Since from the menu it's under the Rolls list, I thought the chicken is rolled inside the sushi.
It comes with the nori, sushi rice, cheese, mayo and chicken breast. The taste is better with the Japanese soy. I preferred to get Chicken Katsu Roll and Spam maki rather than California Maki just because I feel like I'm chewing more meat than rice.
